Deep core therapy.
Focused work for the deep front of the body — the part almost nothing else reaches.
What it covers
The psoas, hip flexors, abdominal tissues, diaphragm and the structures around them. These tighten from sitting, from stress, from training, from postural strain and from compensating around an old injury.
It is a shorter, more specific appointment than a full massage — thirty or forty-five minutes — because the work is concentrated rather than full-body.
Why people book it
A great deal of stubborn low back tightness is actually the front of the body pulling. If your back keeps returning to the same place after treatment, the reason is often anterior and never gets touched.
Breathing is the other reason. The diaphragm is a muscle, it responds to stress like any other, and restriction there shows up as tightness that no amount of back work resolves.
- Stubborn low back tightness
- Hip flexor restriction
- Postural compensation
- Restricted breathing
- Desk-work tightness
